“The hotel apparently suffered a power surge a few weeks ago that knocked out the thermostats in several rooms. We were given one of those rooms, without knowledge of the problem. “Beautiful building with well kept rooms. Great location for walking and getting around the city. The biggest issue was the smell/ scent the hotel had was not pleasant and made for two very uncomfortable nights- I typically love signature hotel scents but this one was not your relaxing woodsy scent, it was like a mesquite bbq smell. It made my allergies worse and I arrived back home with my luggage and clothes still smelling.”
