Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Club.

With two primary suites and plenty of room to spread out, Osprey's Nest offers the perfect backdrop for families or couples traveling together. A true four bedroom home, as all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Plus the added benefit of having two primary suites, one on the main floor and one upstairs.

The open floor plan provides a large common area with an abundance of comfortable seating that creates a great space for enjoying family and friends. The well-appointed kitchen with center island that seats three guests, offers everything you'll need to easily prepare meals for the crew, and is adjacent to the nearby dining area with seating for ten. The oversized wrap around porch offers views of the inland waterway, a table for dining outside, comfortable chairs for relaxing by the fireplace with a cocktail, football Saturdays in the fall, and plenty of room for "porching" the lowcountry way.

The Osprey's Nest includes everything you'll need for a one-of-a-kind vacation in Palmetto Bluff's beloved Wilson Village, including Canoe Club pool, fitness center and the world-class spa facilities of the Montage Hotel, Buffalo's, The River House and Melt ice cream shop. But, you're still just 4 miles from Moreland Village where you can enjoy kayaking on Lake Bales, Coles for dining and a fun-filled night of bowling, plus the Moreland Pool, Moreland Landing and the Moreland Dock. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)
• Bicycle and golf cart rentals

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
