"Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here."

"So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. "Issues with damp linens, uneven floors, and unpleasant shower, but the parking situation was horrible. Lastly, and most critically, the parking situation is not ideal and was not explained thoroughly enough. After our first entry to the parking pad, we made a multi-point turn to get out of the residence, since we didn't see any way to pull around, and turned left from the pad into the alleyway.
