I had concerns about walking anywhere alone being a female there by herself, and they were all very reassuring! Will definitely stay here next trip to this area!”

Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “I had booked my room online. I NEED A COPY OF MY RECEIT, PLEASE) We had trouble finding, but the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and kind, also the person helping me find my booking. Also, the gentleman who helped me, went so far out of his way to make sure my needs were handled. Thank you, to him. I had to be to the hospital by 7 a.m. and he took an extra step in helping me. I wish i could remember his name, but i sure hope Doubltree by Hilton will honor this staff member.( i checked in……
