“Stayed one night and got a great special rate, which was a plus. However, we were disappointed to find an unexpected extra charge for a 5th wristband to access the water park. We booked a room that sleeps 6 guests, and the hotel's own promotions clearly state that water park access is included with the room stay — so we expected all 5 of us to be covered. Having to pay extra on top of the room rate felt misleading, especially since the room capacity and included amenities should match up. I'd……

“Property was under renovations so some some amenities were not readily available. Also our room had a large gap under the door so the AC was not very effective. Otherwise staff was amazing and the property is gorgeous, we even got to enjoy the water park.”
