Beautiful Townhome 10 min from Charleston & Beach, Pool, Tennis Court!

This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Townhome is gorgeous from top-to-bottom! Located in Mount Pleasant, SC, this home is nestled in a thriving area with lots of great places to see. It is just minutes from downtown, and two local resort island beaches! Just 5.47 miles to Sullivan's Island beach and 7.18 miles from The Isle of Palms beach. Two assigned parking spaces for unit and ample guest parking also. Nearby are plantations, Outlet and Mall Shopping, world class dining and countless outdoor activities and festivals. A great way to stay and play in Charleston without being caught in the hustle and bustle! Minutes away from the famous Authur Ravenel, Jr Bridge where one of the largest 10k races take place every year. You can walk/run/bike or just sightsee from the paths on either side of this magnificent new bridge. A visit to the Mt Pleasant Memorial Park at the base of the bridge is a must! Large gated Playground for kids, picnic spots, fishing pier, plus gift shop, bathrooms and snack bar

This home is approximately 1400 sq.ft and has been remodeled to provide an open floorplan downstairs with a modern kitchen, marble island, and stainless appliances.
The decor is upscale mediterannean with modern bath sinks. All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home as well as the guest full bath. with tub/shower. The Master Bedroom features a modern en suite three piece bath with shower. All bedrooms contain one queen size bed with high quality mattresses and ample closet space. Beds will be freshly made with towel sets laid out for your convenience. Additional sheets and towels are available in the upstairs linen closet. Starter kits with Toilet Paper, paper towels, and cleaning items, etc. will be provided to start your vacation off right!

A beautifully landscaped and fenced patio is tucked in back off the dining room/living room complete with gas grill, and outdoor dining table with umbrella.

SHOWER BOUND
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND AS EXPECTED. A GOOD LOCATION AND EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO FASTEN MORE SECURELY THE FRONT DOOR LOCK, AS IT WAS A BIT FINICKY... BUT THAT WOULD NOT MAKE THIS LESS THAN A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. JUST A SUGGESTION.

Great property, great location, and great stay
Property was easy to find, had convenient parking, and was in a great location central to everything Charleston has to offer. The property was clean, well furnished, beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was more than fully stocked, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. I only contacted Sheryl once with a general question (not a problem of any kind) and she was very quick to respond. My son and I had a great visit over the Thanksgiving holiday and this property was a big part of it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Charleston area and will definitely look here first next time I go down to visit.

Beautiful home, great location
The home is beautifully decorated and centrally located to food, shopping and Charleston. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with this being an end unit. The pool is nice & the tennis courts are across the parking lot. The host woke us up early twice on vacation to take out the recycling (because she chose not to do it the night before) and for non-existant running. The kitchen and refrigerator wasn't clean & we were left with 1 roll of paper towels for 5 people for a week. No recycle bags (just an empty box under the sink) or cleaning wipes which you're required to use. The master bedroom mattress is beyond comfortable & the sheets were super soft. BEWARE: the host didn't do a walk thru before we check in & we're being blamed for damage we didn't do...a week after check out. The home is lovely & we had considered renting again in the future, but the host has ruined this trip for us.

Wonderful stay!
What an excellent experience this stay was! We travelled to Charleston for my son’s baseball tournament, and we were a little unsure of where to stay. We found this property and could not have been happier. It was extremely clean, and there were many, many items already provided for us in the home. We had a few questions throughout the week and the property manager always got back to us immediately. This property was very close to a Publix and many restaurants. Downtown Charleston was also very close and convenient. We would definitely recommend a family coming to stay at this property. It was fantastic!

Nice condo - Horrible Property Manager
My family drove up from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It was a very long drive. Property Manager (PM) called me at 12:38 pm to inform me that the guest bathroom had a broken toilet and the she had disconnected the water. She told me she would get it repaired on Monday morning. I really had no choice but to continue our drive to Mount Pleasant. This was on a Saturday at 12:30 I had Hoped she might find someone to fix it before I arrive but that was not the case. We arrived in two cars with two sleepy toddlers. The weather was not pleasant the next day, and it was, of course, Easter. We hid plastic Easter eggs inside the condo on the first floor and proceeded to have an Easter egg hunt and to celebrate Easter Sunday with family. I unpacked some groceries in the kitchen area. I did not put items in the empty cabinets because I noticed a roach in one of the cabinets and I also saw one on the counter. I told the p.m. and she was very surprised because she said they had sprayed two weeks ago. She felt that maybe the roaches came in due to the inclement weather. I never saw another roach so maybe it was as she said, but it wasn’t a pleasant first impression. Monday came and We rode down town to take a carriage ride and to do some sightseeing. PM called me and said that she finally got a hold of someone and they would be there around two. She wanted to make sure I left the key in the lock box which I did. When the sixth of us arrived backat the condo, there was a plumber there.

Perfect location for wedding at Creek Club
This location was perfect for anyone attending a wedding at the Creek Club. It was also convenient to lots of shopping areas, restaurants and bars. Easy to reach from the airport. The townhome was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend.

Quiet location. Clean townhouse w many amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, even aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Kitchen was well stocked w all the baking dishes we needed. Beds and pillows comfortable. We had a leak in a bathroom and called to report it and the call was answered directly by realtor- did not have to leave a message or work through a 3rd party. Outside patio was delightful. There is a pond not too far away w benches that we enjoyed as well. Good location close to Publix, Chick Fil A, and many other shops.

The house was very comfortable for our family. We loved walking around the neighborhood as well as exploring Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. A local highlight was the Shrimp Tour at Shem Creek (which turned out to be lots of history as well)!

Lovely Stay Near Charleston for Small Families
My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mount Pleasant! The location is conveniently centralized: several beaches (we preferred Sullivan’s Island beach) and downtown Charleston are all less than a 20 minute-drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe around the house. There is designated parking near the townhome, as well as guest parking. The townhome itself was clean and spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen, nice appliances, and a gas grill on the back patio. It is evident that the place is well-maintained and that the owner put substantial thought into outfitting every room to make it inviting and cozy. Sheryl was very thoughtful and responsive in providing all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. For those looking for an affordable and friendly stay near Charleston, we highly recommend Mount Pleasant! We look forward to coming back again one day in the future.

Great location but tired
The unit location is 5+. The community is quiet and pleasant. The townhouse itself is quite pastors prime, needs extensive renovation especially for the bathrooms on the second floor general needs a major overhaul
