Great house in a great neighborhood! The house sits on a large corner lot between two cul de sacs and has a large fenced in yard as well as a screened in porch, great for relaxing in the evenings.
The living room is comfortable for gathering and there is a bright and open sitting room. Full kitchen for cooking with table for 4 + dining room. 3 sizable bedrooms with comfortable beds upstairs (note one bedroom is currently empty and the bonus room is as well).
