Minutes from major highways and close to everything Cleveland has to offer! You'll get privacy, comfort and a great night's sleep in this well-furnished house. The completely refreshed house is yours to enjoy with up to 8 people and includes many comforts you would find at home. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors at one of many Metroparks in the area, grill outside in the nice summer weather, go downtown for a game or one of many excellent local restaurants and bars, or just enjoy some time at your home away from home in this quiet Parma neighborhood.

This house is totally private and you will be the only guest here.
-Each bedroom includes a 32” or 50” Roku TV, 2 USB charging ports on each night stand for phones or tablets, and blackout curtains.
-The main bedroom also has a half bath, and sleeper sofa for additional sleep space.
-Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep with a brand new oven/stove and microwave, full set of pots and pans, baking trays, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for 8, as well as a coffee bar equipped with standard brew pot, hot water kettle, and French press, with included coffee/cream/sugar.
-The living room comes with a large sectional and chair for plenty of seating, as well as a 65” Roku TV.
-The garage and basement is not available for use, but the whole main house and small backyard are open for guests.
-The driveway can fit several vehicles and street parking is also free.

This house is self check-in, but if you have any issues getting in or in general with the place, please reach out as we live just down the block and can respond pretty quickly.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect that. The neighbors are nice and we want to be good neighbors in return so you and future guests are welcomed back. No large gatherings or parties will be permitted, and please keep the noise down after 9 PM.

The bedding for this house is set for 6 guests as standard, so please let us know if you need more than 3 beds and we will bring out more bedding for the fold out bed upstairs.

Uber and Lyft are available in this area. There are plenty of grocery stores including Giant Eagle and Walmart, and just about every fast food you can think of within a 5-10 minute drive.

Easy check in, great communication with host. Nice option to stay outside of Cleveland and have a short drive in for Rock Hall of Fame and a Guardians game.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the location was conveniently located near Cuyahoga NP. After a long day of exploring & hiking it was great to come back to a comfortable living space. The beds were comfortable & the neighborhood was nice.

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. The house was decorated really well and was comfortable to stay in. I was really impressed by how clean and organized it was as well. There were also plenty of fans and blankets.

The house was great. It was clean and had a lot of amenities available to us. We took advantage of the grill and it worked great! It was good to have tv's in all the room's. Great location as well close to everything. The neighbors were very friendly also. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Home Away from Home

Cozy, quiet, and clean. This older, but nicely updated, home in a quiet neighborhood was a convenient location for us to access all of our Cleveland area destinations; Progressive Field, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Thistledown Racing, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Exactly what we needed at a good price.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. We did a quick spring break trip to Cleveland from Cincinnati to check out the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame in the Christmas story house. This property number one is far larger inside, and it looks from the curb. Impeccably, clean and close to everything.

Clean, well laid out

It was a great place to stay and the owner was super easy to work with, would definitely stay there again. The dining room had plenty of room for board games and dinner. The neighborhood felt very safe and we were able to park our car up in the driveway, away from the road. Plenty of food options very close. The drive to Cuyahoga wasn't bad either, which was a beautiful (and free) national park. The wood floors as well as the doors were beautiful but pretty squeaky, which was fine for our situation, but might be tough if there are light sleepers, kids, etc. Also, no shampoo/soap/conditioner in the shower, which would be an awesome/cheap/easy addition for unprepared travelers ;) 5/5, would definitely stay again if in the area.

Weekend Trip

The property was as advertised in the listing. The kids loved having their own space in the upstairs room! It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland and everything else was close as well.

Nice house

Stayed here while we attended a family wedding. Home is just as pictured, the a.c saved us during the heatwave that came through. Host got back to me quickly which was nice.

Cute house

It worked for our overall needs. It was a bit no frills. There were no hangers at all and the upstairs bedroom has no hanging space. Normally that wouldn't bother me, but we were all in town as part of a wedding party. Luckily we had brought a garment bag so we had a few. The upstairs half bath has no outlets, be forewarned.

Great place for anyone

The house/location was just as stated. Convenient set up inside. Has a nice separate room upstairs with own 1/2 bath that would work great if you had small kids to keep with you...spacious. Kitchen had clean, convenient supplies. I needed to contact the owner and he was very nice, prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for what we needed

Really enjoyed this cozy spot in Parma. It had easy access to all that we wanted to do in Cleveland, and was a great place to gather at the end of the night to play games and relax. Highly recommend!
