the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.

Great to shopping, also awesome if you’re headed to a concert at Commonwealth or the ice District.. really easy to hop on express buses down. Starbucks is just down the street as well as multiple of the restaurants. Easy access on and off the highway.. The rooms definitely need a little bit of extra love in terms of maintenance with missing closet door lol and perhaps just needing new furniture. The sheets were clean, towels, clean, and the beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
