On the opposite side of the home is a private mother-in-law/teen suite with an open floor plan that includes a large living area, 2 Story tongue & groove West Indies Great room with wet bar and it's own kitchen with views for days!

We have a 12 person Calspa Swim Spa with Vertical massage plus benches for up to 12 people, 55 jets, surround sound and open year round along with outdoor couches, pool table, lounge chairs and grill to complete the outdoor living! The entire property is pricacy fenced & Gated!

We have plenty of toys including Kayaks, Fishing Rods, Paddle Boards, Bike cruisers, a pool table and plenty of inside games also. Boat Dockage is super with room for up to 42 ft boat plus a floating Jet Ski Dock that holds 2 Skis! We have boat rentals available also! Plenty of parking for all the guests! Easy access with super fishing spots and reefs!
