We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. "We were very happy with our stay here. We stayed 2 separate nights here. There was an initial confusion with the booking. It was hotels.com or Expedia fault. They didn’t send them that we would be 3 people even though we had specified it in our reservation. Hotels.com customer service was horrible and useless but Tierra Viva staff was very nice about it and didn’t charge us anything extra. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We were on the upper floors on both occasions. The staff helped carry our luggage to the rooms and also bring them down at checkout. We left 2 pieces of luggage during our first stay. When we returned they had put the luggage in our room already. Location of the hotel is very central and close to the main square. Area was lively and felt very safe. Breakfast had good selection and the staff helped us get some hot milk for our son. Overall apply with our stay and would be glad to come back. "
