“The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.”

“We love this hotel! The food selection is relatively small for all inclusive, but had good variety and we could rely on the basics for kids. The staff are great and the room is cleaned very well every day. The heated pool is a bit chilly at the end of March, but we knew that may be the case. Our boys, 5 and 7, used to enjoy going to kids club - pyjama night, movie night, crafts. The beach, which was a 15 minute walk away (there may be buses at another time,) is stunning. We’d go again.”

“The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had……
