“I recently stayed at Serena Hotel Islamabad for two nights. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious and has a lovely atmosphere, and I found most of the staff to be friendly and polite. However, unfortunately, I experienced several problems during my stay which I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, especially considering how expensive Serena is compared with other five-star hotels in Pakistan.

“Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort.
Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils.
Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری)
Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered)
Checkin is 3 pm. And takes……

“If you are looking for a quit resort away from any hustle and bustle this is perfect. About hour and half away from the airport. No resorts, hotels or restaurants close by you have to travel about 30 minutes.
But this resort is right on the river and a beautiful view of Snow peak mountains. Access to little beach.
They’re still in process of upgrading their facility. I wish they had a gym but overall, if it’s very friendly, nice day.”
