“非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵 单程要50欧 托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票 没有跟我确认任何身份信息 结果将我老婆名字打错 第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息 才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时 出门去前台 没有服务生帮忙拿行李 两个特大箱子 过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思 赶到前台 告诉服务员弄错了 她结果不慌不忙的查邮件 搞了好久找不到 才催她快点 她才打电话 结果两分钟就弄好了……

“Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.”

“The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.”

The staff is warm and friendly, the location is secluded and peaceful, and the beach is gorgeous, where in April, we were pretty much the only people around. We had planned to go into town on one of our two days, but the beauty and peace of the place convinced us to stay put to enjoy the wonderful location. We had all our meals at the hotel and they were reasonably priced and tasty. I hope to return someday.”

“酒店设施一般，有山景房和海景房，住在海景房里，阳台上就能看到海。酒店后面就是博瓦隆沙滩，沙子很细很柔和，就是浪有点大，躺在沙滩上，看看海，发发呆就挺好”
