“Great spot in River North. The unit is well appointed with three bedrooms, two full baths, a private kitchen, and a tv room downstairs. The owner generously accommodated an early check-in but forgot to provide the second security code. The situation was remedied in about half an hour of our arrival, and the owner was more than gracious. There is a Target around the corner and a CVS across the street. “Great view of Sunset and sunrise. Easy access to Trader Joe and public transportation. The apartment was as described, very spacious with 2-full baths, kitchen with cooking utensils. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

Has a garage but was too small for both of our cars. Parking passes were nowhere to be found. Host responded quickly at first but after awhile there was no response at all. “Apartment was as advertised, and penthouse garden with vow was excellent. The cleanliness of the building was poor, especially the hallway to the rear elevator. It does not give a good impression. I had questions about the property, and the response back was excellent. Timely and accurate. ”

“The apartment was very cute and the location was close to everything. We could hardly hear any city noises, however, we could not sleep from how loud the upstairs neighbors footsteps were. It sounded like stomping and it went until around 12 at night and even into the early mornings. We could hear them outside in the backyard as well. For the price we had paid and the noise levels we would have gone with a different option. Perhaps a sound machine would be a great add on to help with the noise. ”
