“Perfect place for us to stay. Great backyard. So peaceful. Comfortable bed. Location was perfect for the sights we wanted to see. Street was busier than we are used to but not noisy. Quiet neighborhood. Shopping very close by. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Only issue was the carpet under the table was a fall risk for me, so we had to remove it for our stay than put it back at checkout. A few things we did have to shop for since every host provides different amenities. We……

“Such a joy to come to a clean apartment with a gorgeous balcony to sit out on and enjoy the cooler temperatures in the evening. Everything that I needed was provided, from Kitchen where to bathroom conveniences. A short walk to all of the stores, and all of the 4th of July festivities. I completely enjoyed my second visit here. Time I have interacted with the host the responses have been quick and helpful. Definitely hoping for a third time staying here! Highly recommend!”

“Charming and well-designed English basement apartment in a perfect central location. It’s in walking distance to the shops and restaurants in charming downtown Staunton. It’s worth pointing out that all descriptions on short-term rental apps says more or less what this one does. This one actually is as described. The furniture is even in good shape! (FWIW, we are really turned off to the just-barely passable rentals we’ve had elsewhere. If all of the rentals delivered like this one, we’d……

“The inside of the cabin is magical with all the fairy lights! The kitchen is organized and well stocked with like new everything! A rare find in my experience and greatly appreciated! We spent lots of time in the wonderful deck where we saw eagles and hummingbirds and all kinds of wonderful critters! The campfire area with chairs just inside the basement door was great!
