“Hosts have great communication, the house was spotless and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches throughout. Quiet residential neighborhood. We'd definitely stay again. ”

“This was such a wonderful home, I would love to book it again! The house itself is clean and inviting, with lots of space for two people. The host was amazing to work with and quick to communicate. The location itself is quite literally steps away from downtown Apex which has so many shops that accommodate to just about any interest. Also, we have an electric vehicle and a level 2 charger was just in front of us at the town hall parking lot. Worked out well for us! We will be back! :)”

“Travelers should be aware that this property is quite far from most attractions and amenities. It appears to function more like an extended-stay or temporary housing property for families rather than a traditional hotel. The rooms were clean, but the accommodations were very basic and low-budget. My biggest concern is that the property was not accurately represented or advertised. “Really nice place.”

“Loved this place! Super close to lots of stores and restaurants and walking distance to koka booth amphitheater. Extremely clean and very comfy beds and couches. Great price for the value, and would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything about the house was perfect for what we needed: comfortable beds, great yard for my dog, fabulous master shower, high-speed internet, wooded and private lot. Plus so convenient to everywhere I needed to be. Highly recommend!”

“Love our southern home away from home little VRBO”

“Clean great hosts easy check in and out”

“House and amenities are as pictured. Good communication. ”

“The place was easy to find and was what you’d expect for a studio size apartment. It was also close proximity to downtown Raleigh, which was nice. My only issue was the lack of amenities. My partner and I each only had one bath towel and were unable to adjust the A/C. Other than that, the apartment did what we needed it to, however most of our time was spent out doing things in the city.”

“It apartment was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. We were welcomed by the host when we arrived. We had plenty of privacy too. ”
