Historic home so we expect the tiny door into the small room. We expect the themed rooms to compliment the hunter theme. Huge turkey was a turn off above the bed. "This house was perfect for our family. The setup was exactly what we needed for graduation weekend. Convenient to everything in Gettysburg, easy parking, tons of fun games, and a huge backyard which we didn’t use but nice big you had younger kids. The owners were so nice and accommodation when my son left an expensive item behind. Would def recommend!"

"We checked in on a Friday afternoon and found Dans place easily and accurately as described. The unit is clean and roomy. Watch your head going upstairs to the 2 extra bedrooms where you will find a full bathroom as well. The kitchen has basically everything you would need to cook basic meals, however if you're making breakfast for a larger group, you may want to bring big skillets. "I traveled and stayed for the weekend with 6 adults. If you have kids, this would be fine as we stayed in a premiere cabin. The bunk bed were tight for us. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable with the bar in your back and the main bed was ok. The place was clean and the shower had a good amount of hot water. The TV couldn’t get a signal to work. The place overall needs some TLC, but it was overall just ok. "

"Beautiful cabin and property. Lots of seating and room to enjoy the whole family together. Many amenities and thoughtful items, such as soap bars, shampoo, toothbrushes, coffee, games, fishing items, fire pit with wood, and basically everything you need for a fun, enjoyable time. Wonderful property that is so close to Gettysburg, and staying in a piece of history at the same time. Absolutely perfect! Our whole family could be in one place for our daughter's graduation from Gettysburg College....
