The Castle Retreat: Beautiful, Spacious, Luxury Lakehouse with Amazing Views

Amazing Property

"This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips."

Secluded Retreat w/ Covered Patio & Sun Deck!

Nice Secluded getaway

"Cozy cabin with everything you need to get away from the hubbub and relax. The pictures make it look bigger than it is but the place is nice and equipped with more than enough amenities to have a great time without having to leave. Only two of us during our stay and it was just what we were looking for. The weather wasn’t great but if it was, there is a nice little nook down by the water that would be amazing."

"This house and property were great for our family to get away for a Spring Break trip. There was plenty of room to relax and play. The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the birds, turkeys, and deer. The kids especially loved the art room and the bunkbed room. The host was very kind and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Overall, great trip!"

"Everything we needed and then some was provided. Our stay was during Sub-Zero temperatures accompanied by snow and ice. We were quite comfortable, and really enjoyed the fireplace. We made good use of the kitchen, which was very well stocked with utensils, cutlery, and cookware of every description. The extreme weather had the kids staying inside most of the time, but between the air hockey table and the giant screen TV, they were well-occupied. The host was most helpful whenever we had a question. It was a great experience."

Thanksgiving with my son and his unit buddies

"I rented this house to host Thanksgiving for my son and a bunch of guys in his unit at Ft Riley that couldn’t go home. The house isn’t as updated as you would think, but it was clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking. I did have to leave a day early to stay closer to the airport. The house is located quite a way from town on back roads that have some very steep hills and quite a bit of snow came in on Saturday. You almost feel like you are driving in the mountains. I would definitely rent this house again."
