Visually the hotel is stunning, hotel staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two elevators for six floors and wait times were 2 to 6 minutes to get up to your room fourth floor. My wife was trapped in the bathroom immediately upon arrival she physically could not open the slider door because it had come off the rail. It is a solid wood door, so I had to physically pick it up off the ground and open the door for her.. We called the desk and the staff was up in 10 minutes and fixed it in five minutes and it was over with. And then showered only to find water covering 30% of the bathroom floor and out into the hallway of the room and put up at the first bed. We did not complain about this. We just put towels down and requested extra towels.. The caulking along the sink was completely fallen off. Really looked like cheap shotty work had been done in various places in the bathroom, around light fixtures are in the shower, There’s a hand hole in the shower that was completely loose. You couldn’t possibly use it or it would come out of the wall.. Bets were amazingly comfortable coffee pot was tiny, but worked fine. My room view was of the roof air conditioning system. Really a huge downer! I paid $250 to stay in that hotel one night and they charge my card another $50 for a room deposit in case we stole anything and they charge $20 parking which never was mentioned that I read. Three days later and I still do not have my $50 room deposit back. The restaurant weak!
