“Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing……

“From the moment you walk in you can feel the southern hospitality! Loved watching the duck march and learning about all the history of the Peabody. It’s so beautiful, premium bedding and special touches abound!”

“The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. ”

“We would definitely stay here again. It was a great value for the price. The beds were very comfortable. The area felt safe and was quiet (except for the train!). but I didn't hear it after the first night. We were exhausted . Many great choices for dining. Coffee shops nearby! The pool was closed, possibly being renovated?”

“Room was nice. Staff was courteous. Beds were very comfortable Only 2 issues really. Lights for indoor pool were not working. First night staff on hand left the pool open, our kids didnt mind as it was not pitch dark. 2nd night we came back at 620 pm specifically so the kids could have aĺl the time they wanted to spend at the pool but staff member closed it 2.5 hours early due to the lightng. Second issue was staff banging on our door at 715 am for housekeeping. Since we were sleeping i……

“Was a really nice stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, the food was alright and the casino was busy with plenty of games to choose from.”

“Breakfast options were scanty and inappropriate for diabetics! Rm 133 had no luggage holder. Only option was to place it on bed when open! Thankfully, our suitcase exteriors were clean and dry! Staff was professional and friendly. We’ll keep it in mind for future visits.”
