"My go to hotel in New York, primarily due to the view of Central Park. The rooms are spacious that I have stayed in and the bed is comfy, plus the climate control worked well. The staff were also nice people. Concierge was very nice and booked a table for my friend and I on Thanksgiving at a nearby restaurant. I love coming here as I get a great holiday. I like it so much, I keep coming back. Other people go to tropical beaches, I go to New York! "

"The staff was awesome! Breakfast should be from 6:30 am all the individual left to See the parade by 6 and not even coffee was made. The room was clean I just think the couch in our room was out dated and dirty! The furniture in the lobby was so dirty people who were waiting were all talking about how nasty it was. Corporate needs to visit. "
