“We really needed a three bedroom condo so this didn’t work well for us. The teens took over the “living room” with the great view of the bay and the balcony.The location is great. We appreciated parking for two cars. However, the unit is very tired. The water pressure in the showers is very low and there was a light out in the shower. We probably could have called and gotten it fixed but we were busy doing other things. I wouldn’t stay in that unit again.”

“We were looking for a convenient place to stay in Newport for a family reunion close to town and close to other family members who were in town within walking distance. This little gem offered us just what we needed. The rooms were clean, the king bed was comfy and even though situated just off of Thames Street, it was surprisingly quiet. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
