Staff and room were great

We enjoyed our stay, however the bathroom in room 208 still had used bathcloths on the rail and the shampoo bottle was empty.

This is the cutest mom and pop hotel. It is older but clean, retro style decor, and right next to the pier village. It was quiet and very spacious. We had the king suite and loved it. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again.

For a $25 a day “amenities” fee, the breakfast buffet was meager and no snacks available at the bar at Happy Hour!

This rental is one of the best on the market. If you have not stayed at The Seagate, you should really look at it for your next trip to St. Simons. Everything that you need is within walking distance with a beautiful beach with access point right at your front door. The view from our room of the ocean was amazing to wake up to everyday and listen to the ocean waves every night. The evenings were spectacular to watch the sun set over the water.
