“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“This was THE perfect house for our long weekend at the beach. The property manager communicated with us via email, text and phone often. Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned. The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us. The house itself is well laid out, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With 1 boy and 2 teenage daughters, this worked well. The girls had their own "wing" of the house. “We had an amazing family get together. The house was perfect for a large family and the pool was top notch. Spent a lot of time in it as it was rainy. The walk to the beach was very nice and easy. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The room was as described. The code we were given didn't work and it took some time to get in touch with a property manager. There was a neighbor who had a huge dog that he let roam and scared my child. This same neighbor was kind of creepy and asked for the code to get in. I thought that was incredibly weird and made us uneasy to stay in the room whenever he was around. ”
