She replied, we cannot provide you with the wifi because your stay was booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel. Very dissatisfied, while everything else was okay. The hallway carpet needs to be renovated smells terrible. ”

“Room was very clean. Linens and towels weren't the super cheap kind. Dishes were clean. Our stay went well. Only complaint would be that the air is very loud. It sounds like an airplane but all else was great. We got the room with the sauna upstairs. Also no noise. Walls seemed very thick. Front desk person was really nice. Facility was clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Location is great! ”
