“Everything we expected. Great location for Niagara Falls, Airport, Down Town, and NFL football stadium. Host communication was on-point. Very clean and had all of the needed essentials.”

“Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location”

“When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. ”

“Host was very responsive and brought us the coffee mugs and glasses that were lacking. Kitchen and bathroom are original but clean and functional. House was close to the airport and convenient to williamsville that we wanted to tour. ”

“The house was located in a quiet older neighborhood. Perfect location for exploring around Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The fenced in yard is perfect for pets. There are ample sleeping places for family/friends. Each bedroom has a big-screen TV and either a floor fan, ceiling fan, or a/c. The house has clearly been updated recently. The bathrooms are nice and clean, the kitchen was also nicely done, and there is new flooring throughout the entire house. There are plenty of……

“Great place”

“Host supplied shampoo body wash laundry soap. the only one down fall was only a double bed in the room with a bathroom for 2 of us was tight. and the one room with a queen bed in it did not have a closet. Maybe install something that could hang off the door maybe? also put a tv in all bedrooms not only 2.other than that, had a great stay. Host was GREAT”

“Home was very clean, welcoming and well decorated. Loved the later fenced in back yard. Check in and check out process was very simple. Kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you need. I really enjoyed our stay at this home .”

“This was literally the worst place I have ever stayed (I have extensively travelled and camped and I honestly would have felt better sleeping in a tent). I understand that the price for all accommodations in Buffalo increase during home games, but the price was inordinate compared the quality of the accommodation $175USD+). But, to be honest you could not pay me to stay at this place again. It is NOT a motel 6 it was bought by another company. The place smelled bad, there was garbage piled up……

“Was only there for over night stay. Comfortable”

“Great location for Dyngus Day! Everything was brand new. Easy to find. More than enough street parking. Host answered all our questions. Beds were comfy. ”
