What a lovely home!
This house was immaculately clean, wonderfully organized and my family had a great time. My kids really enjoyed having a separate upstairs to themselves and we all had a great time in the game room. Watching the sunrise and reflect off of the lake was beautiful and sitting on the dock and looking up at the stars gave our days perfect endings.

This was our second time at Monica's and it lived up to all of our previous memories. The views from the house are incredible, and only beat once you go outside and enjoy the hot tub, deck, yard, or dock. Our pre-teen and teen spent countless hours in the game room. Lake Gaston Gem
This has to be the best rental we have ever had through vrbo! House was everything it said it would be. Clean, well stocked and some thing for everyone. The adults and kids enjoyed the game room. Lots of parents vs kids games. The water toys were a hit too. One suggestion would be a screened in area for relaxing. Thank you for being pet friendly as well. Even had extra leads for outdoor use. Amazing.

Everything about this property is designed to make it easy for you to enjoy your vacation. The home is beautifully prepared and clean. Monica, the owner, spares no effort in making sure you understand check in/out procedures, location of items in the kitchen, and even has labels on doors, light switches, and otherwise. She frequently sent text messages that were helpful ("don't forget trash pick up tomorrow morning"). The home, the deck/grill/hot tub, the dock, the lake, the wonderful yard....everything is just as described! You take vacations to make memories for you and your family. Staying at Good Vibrations allows for all of your vacation memories to be positive because of the amenities and work the owner puts into ensuring you enjoy her home.

Superb Stay at Good Vibrations
The house was beautiful and meticulously clean. The views of the lake were breath taking. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board and hot tub. The boat house was a nice place to sit and relax. The setup was perfect and allowed everyone to have their own space. We had a lot of fun in the game room. The house is very well stocked and excellent directions and even pictures to help you remember where things went. We also rented a pontoon boat through Stone Timber Lodge for a couple days. They were superb. Even though the lake was a little on the chilly side (71 degrees) it didn't stop our crew from having fun in the lake. We really loved exploring the coves off the lake. Monica was very responsive if we had any questions and a super host. We would love to come back again someday.

A Good Vibration New Year!
We had a wonderful time at Good Vibrations! The master suite was perfect for my older parents and the upstairs bedrooms were just as comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we could think of. We were very lucky to have great weather and enjoyed the beautiful deck, fire pit and dock. We weren’t so lucky at fishing but I’ve heard the fishing is fantastic in that cove. We didn’t really get a chance to use the play room although if you had kids in your family it would be wonderful! We had questions about the property which were answered quickly and politely. Great host!! We’re enjoyed the neighborhood and look forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful Lakefront House and Setting
We thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at Good Vibrations! This is a well-appointed home full of amenities. It has a spectacular view of a Lake Gaston cove. Beautiful Home on a Peaceful Cove
The property is exactly as described and pictured. There was so much to do that you did not need to leave the property. We played cornhole and went on the cove in the kayaks. The game room was a great place to hang out and the large dining room table sat the whole family for eating and playing games. The boathouse dock was a comfortable place to just sit and relax.

Feels like home!
Feels like home even though it is not your home, the host is so welcoming and reachable to help in any way possible. The home is decorated in just the perfect lake house ambiance. Everything is cozy and comfy. Beds were incredibly comfortable and clean, in fact everything was very clean! We had a total of 5 adults and we all were amazed at how wonderful everything was laid out. The host has lights, boat house, sheds, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, game room, thermostats, cabinets, everything labeled as to what is where and how (codes) to access and they welcome the use of everything. You will also find a book full of helpful instructions and information about the area. Not one complaint or critique from this happy lake clan who didn't want to leave....we will be back!

Accurate description but clunky experience
Home was beautiful, neighbors were pleasant, lake was beautiful and wonderful location. Only issue was in the booking process. Boat was canceled after I thought everything was complete. Almost ended the trip right there. Had to pay extra and for less days from a local rental. Frustrated with being sent double bills after everything was fully paid. Some other minor inconveniences not worth mentioning. Ending on a positive, my wife and I caught bass and catfish. Cute turtles in the lake as well. Overall a good stay and you’ll enjoy yourself.

Amazing family vacation!

Peaceful Getaway: More than we could have hoped for.
The house was more beautiful than expected, and the location was ideal. Monica, the owner of the home, made check-in easy. She was very responsive to questions also. One of the best things was that everything was labeled in the kitchen. The house is on a road that loops which made a perfect spot to walk the dog. We REALLY appreciated being able to take our pup. ... The kayaks were a fun addition as was the ability to have a pontoon boat waiting for us for the week. My husband and I are in the process of moving and this was the ideal most relaxing getaway from the packing. The house is beautiful and clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The views were stunning. Large windows, but also black-out curtains so we could sleep in. The beds were super comfy. The television was huge so it felt like we were at the movies in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bath is luxurious, bigger than our bedroom at home. And the sheets, cotton percale with kayaks on them. So crisp and such a lovely detail. (Lately, when we vacation, we've run across Amazon basic 100% polyester sheets. Who wants to sleep in polyester?) Kudos to Monica for being a great hostess. This was one of my favorite vacations. I'll be back. Also, when we'd go for walks, the neighbors were all very friendly. Lake Gaston is glittering and fun to explore. When we weren't outside, we spent a lot of time at the large beautiful dining room table.
