The hotel has been recently refurbished and the result is very good. The staff are attentive and the Front Desk Manager in particular is a gem! She made sure that we had everything we needed and was very generous in giving advice about the local area and attractions.

This hotel is in a great, convenient location and the suite was nice and spacious! I would say there aren't many amenities (aside from some coffee/pastries set up in the morning) and the street noise was quite loud at times. I THINK there's a restaurant in the hotel but it was closed for renovation when we were there. Also a heads up: the AC in the room works well in the suite but does NOT travel into the bedroom, where there is no vent.

We have just returned from a one night stay at the Rathbone Hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by welcoming reception staff. We stayed in the cosy double and I was quietly surprised by how spacious the room was. It was decorated to a really high standard with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The location was perfect, just tucked away from the busy Oxford Street but still within a stone throw away. It's surrounded by an array of quaint restaurants and cafes of all different cuisines. It's been a long time since we visited London last but for the next visit, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

From check in to check out my stay was incredible. I arrived early expecting to just leave my luggage but I was informed that not only was my room ready I'd also been upgraded. Reception staff were warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The room was fabulous, so light, spacious and super clean. It felt as though I was the first to stay in the room it was so clean (which obviously I wasn't). They also had noted my request for a fridge that was in there already. Incredibly comfortable bed, nice and quiet even though in such a busy central location. This hotel is wonderful and all the staff I met were fabulous too. Defintely my go to hotel when I'm next in London

Stayed for 3 nights. Liked the location of the hotel and the staff was very pleasant. Would love to rate it higher but the Internet/wifi was terrible. Did not work in our room at all. Had to get it working in the lobby and then it would stop in the room soon after. We mentioned it to different staff members EVERY day, and although they were apologetic, and said they would talk to their IT dept, nothing changed. Very frustrating. Mattress could do with being replaced as well.
