Very central hotel close to several public transportation stops. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but I knew that when booking the hotel. It was clean, bed was comfortable, and they had working AC which was bliss during the summer heat.

We have just returned from a one night stay at the Rathbone Hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by welcoming reception staff. We stayed in the cosy double and I was quietly surprised by how spacious the room was. It was decorated to a really high standard with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The location was perfect, just tucked away from the busy Oxford Street but still within a stone throw away. It's surrounded by an array of quaint restaurants and cafes of all different cuisines. It's been a long time since we visited London last but for the next visit, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

From check in to check out my stay was incredible. I arrived early expecting to just leave my luggage but I was informed that not only was my room ready I'd also been upgraded. Reception staff were warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The room was fabulous, so light, spacious and super clean. It felt as though I was the first to stay in the room it was so clean (which obviously I wasn't). They also had noted my request for a fridge that was in there already. Incredibly comfortable bed, nice and quiet even though in such a busy central location. This hotel is wonderful and all the staff I met were fabulous too. Defintely my go to hotel when I'm next in London

The room was immaculate. The air conditioning was brilliant and very easy to use. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return, the hotel was in a lovely spot for bars, pubs, restaurants etc. and only a 5-10 minute walk from Tottenham Court underground station.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut sortiert. Jedoch sind uns Rühreier oder Speck abgegangen, was auch nach Nachfrage nicht erhältlich war. Cappuccino war sehr gut, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Bar haben wir nicht genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und komplett neu und modern gestaltet. Wenn auch der Eingangsbereich des Hotels eher den Charme der 70 Jahe hatte. Die Lage sehr gut, mit 2 Tube Anbindungen, die Fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind.

The hotel is a true hidden gem in central London. The room was recently renovated, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a quiet and relaxing stay despite the central location. Situated in Fitzrovia, it’s ideal for exploring Soho, the West End, and key London attractions, all within easy walking distance, while still being tucked away in a calmer, safe, and less crowded area. The hotel also offers excellent access to nearby public transport, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable boutique hotel in London.
