Great for a family
Owner was easy to reach and fixed a leak quickly. Loved the toys that were in the closet for my kiddos, and the bouncer toys. Great for kiddos after traveling to bounce out the fatigue of travel. Great tennis court to exercise kiddos too. Overall a great stay!

Great Little Cottage
This house worked out perfectly for us. It is as great little cottage nicely separated from the main house. The owners were attentive but not intrusive. We were welcome to use the tennis court and play area, but since we were busy we did not take advantage of those amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and felt quite safe especially with the house being gated. We walked the neighborhood a lot and enjoyed hiking the trails in the nearby mountains. Everything was neat, tidy and tasteful just as others have said. Grocery, restaurants and coffee shops are walkable too. We will stay here again.

Perfect little guest house
We were in town for a family event and booked this wonderful guest house. Access to the property and the house was so easy. Our kids absolutely loved playing on the tennis court in between other activities. We didn’t need to cook but it was equipped and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The location was super convenient for where we needed to be in the valley.

Everything about this property is perfect! Clean, comfortable and so very convenient. Easy communication with the owner and an added plus for us is a dog on the property 🐶. If we are back in LA we look forward to staying again.

What a gem!
We loved staying here. It was easy to get around to all the places we were hoping to go - Malibu, Topanga, downtown LA, etc. The place was so great for our family with 2 energetic boys. The play place and tennis courts provided a lot of entertainment for them! The farmhouse was well stocked and perfect for the week we stayed.

The space fit my family of 5 just fine. I was pleasantly surprised to see how taken my boys were with the tennis court. It was so nice to have an outdoor activity so readily at our disposal! The only shortcoming was that the bathroom was on the first floor near the front door. Having younger children there were some middle of the night treks down the stairs to the bathroom. Not a deal breaker. We managed. We also enjoyed eating family meals at the ample dining room table!

Relaxing getaway
Melissa was a great host! Her communication was prompt and effective. The checkin and checkout was process was very smooth using a lockbox and detailed instructions. The house was very clean and welcoming. Melissa also included a few treats which was a nice personal touch. The EV charging station was a huge plus as we rented an EV vehicle during our visit. Having access to the tennis and basketball court was also enjoyable for me and my son. The playground was also nicely equipped with a sun shade, though my kids were to old to use it. The gated entry made us feel safe. We would definitely return. Thank you Melissa!

Fun times, good memories
The farmhouse was a very unique, fun and enjoyable getaway. We stayed there for several days to attend a wedding but had to work remotely and have the kids on distance learning and it served all of our needs. The internet was strong, the space accommodated our 2 boys, my wife and I and the tennis court was a fun activity for us to burn some calories under beautiful Southern California weather. Would definitely return again!

This Guest Farmhouse was the perfect location and setting for spending time with our L.A. family post-Covid. Our granddaughter loved the outside play area! Melissa and Shane were incredibly responsive and generous. It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Clean and quiet
Property is well kept and is centrally located. The outdoor space is great for kids and the tennis court is a nice touch. My wife was recovering from surgery and the quiet location was just what she needed. The highway is close and the drive to the beach was only 30 minutes. Great hiking nearby as well. Appreciated the fact that the owner would always take my call when needed.
