We had a great stay at Marc’s beautiful house. The view was terrific and everything in the house worked and was clean. Marc was very helpful and we thought it was one of the best rentals we had stayed in . TCH

Fantastic place to stay in. Plenty of room for a family of 5 including 3 college students. They were thrilled to find that each had their own bedroom. Heated pool off the master bedroom was a bonus. Control pool lights and pool temp (as well as hot tub) with a phone app. Excellent communication from the owner. Consistently checking in to make sure everything was as expected or better. Owner was in Spain at the time of our stay, yet would respond to all messages in a timely manner, despite the 9 hour time difference. This house is gorgeous and in a great location. Just a 1 or 2 minute drive to the beach, and perhaps a 5-10 drive to Santa Monica Pier. There is a grocery store - with surprisingly good prices - within a 2 mile drive of the home. We will definitely stay here again.

Unforgettable Ocean View Family Vacation at Malibu Villa
We came here on vacation with my family. We were very pleased with this Malibu villa, only 10 minutes from the Santa Monica Pier. We had great communication with the property management staff, who were available to make sure everything went smoothly. This villa is perfect for families looking to relax in a peaceful neighborhood for great walking with some amazing views of the ocean. We used the lovely pool and spa with firepit area overlooking the ocean views. The villa is contemporary modern in design and has a spacious floorplan with great natural lighting throughout.
