“Overall it was ok. Unfortunately the service lacked at times and several phonecalls had to be made in order to get any kind of service in the room. 1. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30. At 7pm I was still chasing which wasnt great as I had invited some people over from my group for pre dinner drinks before dinner we left for dinner at 8. It eventually came at 7.15. 2. “This is a beautiful boutique-style Riad/Villa. The decor is funky and eclectic. There's a beautiful little courtyard with a small pool to sit in. The place is truly amazing and I highly recommend it if you want to stay outside the Medina. It's 10 min from the train station and 5 min from a great shopping mall with a supermarket and food court.
