The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……

“We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! “GRAN LUGAR, INMEJORABLE PERSONA, UBICACION, TODO ES PERFECTO, ME ENCANTO LA PERRITA Y LOS GATITOS, ES UN LUGAR HERMOSO Y CALIDO, ENCUENTRAS TODO ALREDEDOR. MARAVILLA.”

“The hotel was good to be a 3 star hotel, met your needs. The reception people were amazing. Just nobody was at the pool, as it was dirty.”

“El personal es muy atento y amable. La habitación muy cómoda y agradable, único detalle es que los ruidos de la habitación de arriba se escuchaban. El desayuno que incluye muy rico. La alberca acogedora. En general, es un lugar sencillo pero muy agradable y acogedor.”

“We loved our stay at Casa Ku. The location and grounds—right on the beach—were fantastic. The staff was also fantastic, especially Giovanni at the front desk and Alberto, who was our waiter at Nido. The free breakfast was a big bonus! I highly recommend staying here.”
