"Great for flying in and out of the Toronto airport "

"I arrived at 0145 and upon arrival, computers were down so was not able to be processed - the 2 gentlemen at the front desk worked tirelessly to try and get me registered (even gave me a warm biscuit while I waited)….while I waited, they kept checking on me to give me updates on status of computer systems (they were also out at other hotels). After about 1/2 hours, they were able to get me my room and I was away. I am grateful to these 2 gents for their efforts and kindness. "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The Staffs was super welcoming and accommodating. I arrived little after 12 noon from a long flight and they checked me in and gave me a lovely room with king sized bed. The room was Nice, spacious and clean. It even Had a fridge, microwave, coffe maker and toiletries.The complimentary breakfast and free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. I Would definitely recommend and will stay again. "

"The property was excellent. The only thing is we had to clean the bathtub because there was hair and dirt in the bathtub that they did not clean, but everything else was fantastic."
