The second floor has a great room with custom kitchen, granite counters, cook island (gas stove), panoramic view of the island. Cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Tile shower and stone counter in bath, and queen bedroom with window seat. House is charming, cozy and beautiful. Central Air. Private patio and washer/dryer.
