"We loved being in the heart of Pico/Robertson. The beds are yummy. It needs a place to hang clothing. Some minor fixes are needed, for example the towel rack is not attached well to the wall and the shower knob was not properly attached. Overall, it was comfortable and feels like a garage with some upgrades. It needs more work to be a fully functional vacation rental."

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

"We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. "The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!"

"Very clean, well decorated, pretty well stocked kitchen about 20 min walk to the Coliseum and 30 min to USC. It's a duplex, so you can hear some noise next door. Communication was good. There are two garage parking spots head to head for compact cars. It's in the unit away from the street, but the neighborhood is pretty noisy. Upstairs metal bedframe is really squeaky."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness feel of the guest rooms. The outside definitely is not fitting of what you find inside and within the resort. The only problem I had was with guest laundry. One of the two washers available were broken. The laundry is located outside of the resort. I made a few attempts to get help from the desk. There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent. I would stay again, and recommend to family and friends. We were visiting Universal Studios with family."
