"The property is great and perfect for our short stay trip. Would have been great for a longer stay as well and will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we are in the Hampton Roads area. Host is available for any issues that may come up (we did not have any), but the communication is great! I highly recommend considering this property if looking to stay in the area. Thank you!!!"

Ĺanding stay

"I chose this hotel and room was because of the water view. ( Didn't get the toom I thought I chose). My husband snd I just needed to get away for some quiet alone time. That was far from what we got staying there. The disturbing loud music at the pool ( that was Friday). Sat. was the frosting on the cake when we looked out the window to see guest at the pool bumping and grinding as well as females twerking. The music blasting until 11pm. Because of this, it tells me these functions are not monitor by the staff at this hotel. After what I saw this past weekend at the pool, i would never use the pool, (i don't care how many chemicals that were put it). That tells me that your guests are not your top priority, and for that we not use this hotel and will not recommend it either."

Charming Hampton Home w/ Yard: 2 Mi to Beach!

"The property owners were so thoughtful to every detail you could need on a vacation. The house was spotless and comfortable with adorable decor. The house was quiet and cozy and the bends were comfy and clean. There were spices, and snacks and games, and the closet was stocked with extra towels, or dark colored towels for makeup, hair dryer, shampoo and even a first aid kit, like things that seem silly but came in handy. They really put a great deal of thought and care into their home and accommodations, included with plenty of local recommendations. What a lovely home away from home. Thank you for having our family."

"We had a great stay at this property for 3 nights. It is a perfect fit for two adults and a dog and was right around the corner from the ocean. The bed and bathtub were absolutely wonderful! I appreciated the communication from owners and had an easy, peaceful weekend. Thanks!"

Manor and Mutts #1 - Beach Front, Pet Friendly, High Speed WiFi, Private

Unmaintained Duplex

"We left the property an hour after arrival due to the tremendous smoking smell in the property, the dirty and stained couches (one smells of urine), and busted window screens which kept us from being able to open windows and air out the duplex. For minimal investment in screens and going to a thrift store for clean sofas, this property could be fine, smoking smell aside. The other side of the duplex, I suspect is lived in semi permanently as when I contacted the owner about the smoking smell, they said they would reach out to the other tenant and ask them to make sure they are smoking outside. How would they know the other tenant are smokers? We are now in a fight for a refund as the property is NOT as advertised, was in very poor condition, and unclean. We saw older reviews that reflected this but they were over a year old and we hoped that the property had been repaired and up to par....we were wrong. Stay away!!!"
