The room that I was in was heavily perfumesd with cleaning products. After the cleaning product wore off I realized that they were trying to cover a different scent. The property is kept clean, however there were numerous cigarette butts on the grounds especially near the nice fountain feature near the parking lot. The staff were very nice and helpful. There's a very nice dog run/potty area. The fencing needs repair as there was a German shepherd type dog that jumped……

“The resort itself is very pretty with a ton of amenities. We stayed in “the townes” which was an upstairs condo - 2 bedrooms with an additional living that has a pull out sofa and is able to be closed off as a third bedroom (with office type door visible to main living are). The mattresses were BRICKS. I would have to say I thought the floor might have been more comfortable to sleep on. I was not able to get a good nights sleep on either of the 2 nights we stayed. The water pressure is very low……

“The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot.……

The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. ”

“Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. ”
