Shell Cottage has a pool with an open floor plan and huge sliding glass doors in the main rooms opening directly to the pool and outdoor dining area. With St. Augustine 30 minutes away, Orlando 1.5 hours away, and the beach about 10 minutes away, you will never run out of fun and exciting things to do! AND the home backs up to a nature preserve for total seclusion and privacy! We can't wait to share our oasis with you!

Come ready for the best vacation! Shell Cottage is minutes to the beach, has a pool, game room, plus a very open floor plan. This home has tons of space to gather and hang out. The entire home features high ceilings and is decorated in a modern, coastal style.

-Enjoy the huge living room/game room area with 65" TV and high end pool table. There is a view of the pool and large sliding doors open completely to the pool area.

-The family room with fireplace, TV, large sectional and leather recliner is right off the open kitchen. The family room also has a large sliding glass door that opens to the outdoor pool space.

-Three bedrooms allow for 11 guests to sleep comfortably.

-Super large owner bedroom has a king size bed with a desk for working. It also has a pull out twin sofa bed. View of the pool with sliding door access.

-The second very large bedroom includes a queen bed, and a bunk that has a double bed, single bed, and pull out trundle single bed.

-The third bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for working. All our mattresses and bedding are super high quality, brand new and extremely comfortable.

-The owner's bathroom is massive with a huge double vanity and large tub and separate shower.

-The second bathroom is also very large with a double vanity and large shower.

-The kitchen can seat 6 at the table, and has 6 barstools around the large island. Black granite countertops, and brand new LG appliances make the kitchen just gorgeous! Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, instant pot/slow cooker, knife set, all cooking utensils, pots and pans, electric griddle, waffle maker, and blender.

-The pool area is just stunning and feels like your own personal oasis. It backs up to a nature preserve and provides a very quiet and beautiful view of palm trees and live oaks.

-The relaxing outdoor area also has a table that seats 6, smart TV, 4 chairs to relax in around the outdoor coffee table, and 2 super comfortable lounge chairs.

-Garage space can park 2 cars, driveway can fit 2-4 cars.

-On a very quiet street just around the corner from trails, bike paths and only a few minutes drive to the most stunning beaches. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

- Super close access to the 95 which makes easy access to Daytona and Orlando theme parks. St Augustine is only 30 min away too!

Doors to pool area all lock for safety, and we also provide alarms on the doors that can be turned on for added safety for children.
