"My wife and I and our 14 and 12 year old came to stay to enjoy the beach and soak up some sun and Florida weather for a week and we were not disappointed. The condo was the perfect size for us and we had a Birds Eye view of the beach and gulf from our 12th floor balcony, which was very large. Check in was super easy. We had our instructions emailed to us and we pulled in to the parking garage, loaded a cart with our luggage and went to our room. We put on our bracelets and got the parking tag and took it to our car and that was it. Super easy. Our host, Randy was super easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. He even reached out to us to let us know we could check in early if we were in town because the condo was ready. We were still on the road, but that was a major plus to know! Check out was easy too. Very simple and easy to follow instructions. We will definitely look for Randy's condo again when we head back to PCB. "

"I stayed at Portside Resort recently and was very disappointed. Booking was easy, and I got friendly reminder texts before arrival. But when I got there on Saturday, the office was closed—I later found out they don’t work weekends. I had to go to another address to pick up the keys, which was confusing since I hadn’t been given any clear instructions or a map of the resort. I paid ahead for parking and pool bracelets, but I never got the pool gate code. I had to rely on other guests to share it, which made the bracelets feel like a waste of money. The condo itself was spacious and had a kitchen and washer/dryer, which I appreciated, but it was not very clean. The beds and bathrooms were clean, but the floors were sandy, and the carpets clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly. I had to sweep and mop by hand every night—and the water was black each time. The vacuum didn’t work, and we noticed our feet getting dirty from the floor. We also saw two cockroaches, and I have a photo of one. There was no working Wi-Fi, even though a username and password were provided in the room. Nothing showed up when I searched for the network, and the front desk had no info to help. That was especially frustrating since I had brought tablets for my kids. The location itself is great—quiet and not too crowded—but the lack of communication, poor cleanliness, and missing amenities made this stay feel overpriced and disappointing. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! "

"This was our first time staying on this end of PCB. We usually stay on Thomas Drive. Surprisingly, we loved the location. The condo is very nice and was perfect for our needs. The only issue I had is that the balcony doors are too hard to open. I had to have my son or husband open them for me, which was inconvenient because I'm usually up quite a bit earlier than everyone else and enjoy quiet mornings on the balcony. We saw a turtle, a manatee 2 mornings in a row, and even some baby sharks from our balcony! I would definitely stay here again. "

"Condo maybe average. Bed mattresses a little rough. We were in three bedroom unit with seven people . View and balcony great pools good. 45 dollars per vehicle to park (we had 2) Now the Beach it was great (4th July week) crowded so had to get up daylight to get a beach front spot especially with management letting Chair Rental have complete width behind condo with no tents beach front not to mention Jet Ski rental on one side and public access on the other. We had 15 people from 3 units and need tents not nasty chairs that an umbrella hardly covers you all day. 4th July day was crowded but only maybe over half chairs were used ( as in picture)take them up and let us enjoy the beach the way we want to with our hard earned money behind the condo we rented thanks!"

"Had a fantastic stay all in all. The only issues were that the listing was not accurate. There is no reserved parking spot in garage and we had a new born. Found out parking is across the street in the garage which cost 45.00 per vehicle (not mentioned in the listing). So with a new born the only reason we chose this place was because of the convenient parking, which it did not have. None of the codes provided in the check in info worked for either pools. Had to talk to other guests and use their codes. Also, no control of your own thermostat so if you are cold or hot it’s not up to you. We called about the parking on arrival and never received a call back so we had to figure that out on our own. Once you get all your stuff upstairs and set up it’s pretty convenient to get to the beach if the elevators aren’t busy. The view is great for the sunset from the balcony. Great condo just needs the listing to be accurate to avoid these types of situations. "
