"The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view of the city. The location is amazing - very walkable and close to the Grand station. The only downside was the restaurant, which got a little too crowded during breakfast time. "

"Spoiler alert: it all worked out in the end I called about two weeks before my stay to reserve late checkout and was told I could do this when I checked in, but when I arrived I was told the latest I could stay was 1230, which was disappointing. Then the blonde bombshell at the front desk took care of me and (for a price of course) helped me get a late checkout. The hotel was adorable and one of the nicest spaces ive stayed in. The gym was....cozy?...but who goes on vacay to workout!? Overall a wonderful place to stay!"

"Excellent location. Only one block away from the lake as well as from the Michigan avenue (shopping area). Our room was nice and clean. I should not say room, it was like an one bedroom apartment without a kitchen. The management was very nice."
