Ice maker was only on one floor and if you didn't hit the right elevator would have to jump onto one of the other ones to get from room floor to the lowest level for the ice. Staff was nice and made check in and check out smooth. Bed was comfy. We had a good laugh because the room, bathroom, and even the hallway made us feel like we were on a ship. Only downfalls we had was the tv wouldn't connect to our phone to stream and we didn't have control of the air in our room. We turned it all the way down in hopes it would cool the room and it didn't move from 70 degrees. You can turn the fan on but it runs all the time and wasn't quiet. We got overheated during the night so it made our days long.
