Internal stairs provide easy transport to the ground floor where the spectacular canal-side sunroom boasts four ceiling fans, desk, TV sitting area, pool table, wet bar and plenty of room to work on your Carolina shag. The sunroom has access to the fenced yard, perfect for guests traveling with their dogs.

Other amenities include fixed and floating docks on the tidal canal, laundry room, outdoor shower, private parking and a covered outdoor storage area for your beach gear. Farther down along the same road is a small public boat landing - perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the creek.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
