Ground level living provides easy access to the common areas as well as to an en suite bedroom. The top floor hosts three bedrooms – each with its own creek view, as well as two full baths and washer/dryer.

Comfortably furnished screened porch offers stunning marsh level creek view as well as mounted flat screen cable TV. The interior living area has cable TV, and the ground level bedroom and two top floor bedrooms have smart TVs. Wrap around front porch with bench swing.

ATTENTION: With heirloom furnishings, out-of-level floors, and basic amenities, this beach house is not for everyone; however, folks looking for vintage Pawleys will love it!

MAIN FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 1 KING, 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area opens out to screened porch with creek view, wrap-around front porch offers one step up from the driveway into the house.

TOP FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN & 2 SINGLES, 2 full baths, laundry closet.

AMENITIES: Flat screen TV-5 (2 cable/3 smart), wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wrap around porch with bench swing, furnished screened porch, creek front view, 1 kayak, side yard, one-way circular driveway.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday 7-night stays only between June and early August. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute stays. Sunday turn day is generally enforced the rest of the year, but not always, with 5-night minimum stays available – call with special requests.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
