“Our kids had a blast at this hotel and did not want to leave. We were in town to go to Dollywood and I regret not having more time to just relax at the hotel. From before we checked in to after we left the communication was amazing. They even called on our second day to see if there was anything we needed. The hotel is older but they have done a lot to keep it updated and it is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The landscaping on the property is beautiful and there are sitting……

“We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier.
