“We selected this hotel based on the recent reviews, combined with the fact that the room was cheaper than the Hampton, where we usually stay when traveling. The housekeeping staff was so sweet, front desk check-in staff was very friendly, and the breakfast staff was super helpful, friendly, and kept everything maintained throughout breakfast (clean, refilled, etc.). “Oh where do I start!! Clerk didnt code the keys correctly hiked back to main office to get this corrected and he was gone not for a few minutes for a half hour. Get the keys coded. Finally get into room it has FLIES more than 10 flying everywhere. We managed with that. The mattresses on the beds were shot u sunk in the middle. Went to take a shower 2(yes that's a 2) towels a hand towel and bath towel. No bath matt, hand towel, wash cloth or shower towel. Send hubby down to get extra he returns……
