The staff were nice very welcoming, the property is beautiful very well maintained. the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was not being able to find a chair on the beach or pool area that was available and not broken, we got lucky 3 days out of 6 , we ended up going to another beach area and renting out some chairs , I’m not happy that there’s a resort fee being charged when this was a major problem not only for me but for other guest I wasn’t the only upset guest also want to mention the cruise ship people also making reservations to use the facilities and that’s makes it even a bigger problem. They really need to focus more on the guest before selling day passes they need to make guest a priority if they want people to leave satisfied. This was really frustrating and feel it’s unfair . There should be a resort fee !!!
