I want to say my first day checking in was very frustrating. I was given a room that was already in use and walked in on a women in the shower. The front acted as though it wasn't there fault because they didn't know the room was still in use or like it was a big deal. The next day my family arranged for my room to be decorated for a birthday surprise but when we walked in it was so disappointing. the only thing done were 2 balloons and a few rose petals and a bottle of champagne. I've stayed at other resorts that have done an exceptional job of decorating rooms for birthdays. This was not at all anything special. Then, most of the restaurant staff were amazing but there were a few who were rude and short. The food was nothing i expected. It was either dry, bland, or hard. I felt like a was barely eating each day. And room service choices were quite literally something you could make yourself. I have to say i will not visit this resort again IF i decide to visit the bahamas again not would i recommend.
