I slept great in the room but I was in an adjoining room and I heard everything that was said and done in the room next door. I didn't like that but at least it was before bedtime. Some of the places were closed and machines were being renovated. Food was delicious in Hell's K and the deli area on the first floor.

Hair in room, dusty remote, no covers. Extra fees not told about ahead of time. Room service doesn’t work. Small bathroom/toilet runs into the door. QR code for $30 player card doesn’t work. Shops too expensive and missing breakfast sandwiches that they advertise. Overcrowded breakfast cafe, good luck getting seated. Nice staff but that’s it.
