The adjacent dining area seats six and opens seamlessly to the lanai, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living in true Florida style.
Designed for both comfort and privacy, the home’s split floorplan is perfect for families. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, satellite TV, and French doors leading out to the lanai. Its en-suite bathroom includes his and her vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and lanai access, while the third bedroom includes a full-size bed. A second full bathroom features a single vanity, shower/tub combo. Hair dryers, linens, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your convenience.
Stay connected and entertained with satellite TV in the living room, primary, and queen bedrooms, high-speed internet, and telephone access. The home also includes a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Self-check-in with a keypad means you can start your vacation the moment you arrive. Please note the garage is not available for vehicle parking. However, there is ample parking available in the driveway for guests.
